What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and forms of digital payments. We do not accept checks and bank transfers. Please reach out to with any questions.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to all 50 states of the United States and all APO/FPO addresses and internationally to Canada, United Kingdom, Singapore, Malaysia, Spain, Germany, The Netherlands, Italy, Australia and Hong Kong SAR.  More countries will be added soon. 

We offer free shipping within the United States for orders of $75 USD or more.  For other countries, our policy on free shipping will be presented before checkout.

Orders without the free shipping offer will be charged a shipping fee of $7.5 USD / $7 Euro / $6 GBP / $10 AUD / $10 SGP / $35 HKD / $35 MYR.

Orders with standard shipping take approximately 5-7 business days from the time it ships to arrive at is final destination.  Shipping to APO, FPO, Hawaii, AK, and PR incur a higher charge and make take a longer time to arrive.

In some countries, local courier providers (such as EMS or DPD) follow domestic door delivery policies and may require customers to pick up the parcel from designated pick up points after failed delivery attempts.  Please reach out to if you have questions.

How do taxes and customs work?

Each country has its own laws regarding taxes and customs. When we ship we make sure to stay under each country's tax threshold. However, if the customer is over their daily tax threshold then additional taxes and customs may apply. Customer is responsible for taxes incurred.

Track your order using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email sent to you when your order ships.

What is your return policy?

Due to the sensitive nature of our products we cannot accept returns. However, if you have received a damaged product please follow the below instructions within 30 days of purchase. 

To start a damage return:

  2. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
