PAYMENT METHODS
We accept all major credit cards and support most forms of digital payments. We do not accept checks and bank transfers. Please reach out to care@antevortalabs.com with any questions.
ORDER FULFILLMENT
We ship out US orders from our warehouse in Los Angeles through Fedex, UPS, or USPS. For all international orders, the shipment may be appointed to various courier partners. We strive to dispatch orders within 2 business days, when delays are expected, our customer service will reach out to communicate. Antevorta reserves the right to adjust logistics policies without additional notification.
You will be provided order and shipping confirmation. If you would like additional information about your order or if you need to cancel or change your order, please email care@antevortalabs.com and provide your order number.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
We normally respond within 1 business day and maximum 2 business days during peak sales and holiday seasons.
SHIPPING
We currently ship to all 50 states of the United States and all APO/FPO addresses. Internationally, we ship to United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, and Korea. More countries will be added soon.
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, or Mail Drop Off/ Pickup Centers.
UNITED STATES SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 USD, including subscriptions and one-time purchase orders (this excludes taxes and promo codes). Orders under $75 will be charged a ground shipping fee of $7.99, orders going to East Coast states* are charged a shipping fee of $9.99, and orders going to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico & other US territories are charged a shipping fee of $15.
Orders with standard shipping take approximately 4-5 business days from the time it ships to arrive at its final destination except Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico & other US territories will have an estimated delivery time of 10-17 business days.
We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. Please reach out to care@antevortalabs.com if you have any urgent requests.
Shipping estimates for standard delivery do not guarantee that an order will ship on a specific day or be delivered within a specific period. Shipping delays due to weather conditions are not uncommon. If you notice that your order has been delayed, please inquire care@antevortalabs.com
*East coast states include Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Florida.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Free shipping policy for different countries will be presented while you shop. Please note that you will be automatically assigned to the country region of your shipping deliver address.
Orders without the free shipping offer will be charged a shipping fee of $10 GBP / $10 AUD / $10 SGP / $35 HKD / $35 MYR / ₩10,561 / ¥1,258.
In some countries, local courier providers (such as EMS or DPD) follow domestic door delivery policies and may require customers to pick up the parcel from designated pick up points after failed delivery attempts. Please reach out to care@antevortalabs.com if you have questions.
Each country has its own laws regarding taxes and customs. When we ship we make sure to stay under each country's tax threshold. However, if the customer is over their daily tax threshold then additional taxes and customs may apply. Customer is responsible for taxes incurred.
RETURNS FOR USA ORDERS
When you opt in for our Returns & Package Protection coverage at checkout, you can return any item(s) from your order for a refund or store credit within 7 calendar days of delivery through our Returns Portal (Click Here).
Return Eligibility
- You must purchase the Return & Package Protection coverage at check out. Due to the sensitive nature of our products, if the coverage was not purchased, the order will not be eligible for refund.
- You must submit your return/refund request within 7 calendar days of delivery. Returns submitted after this period will be ineligible.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item you may submit a claim HERE, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Fees
The Return & Package Protection coverage fee is calculated automatically based on your order volume and the fees will show up on your checkout page.
RETURNS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
The Return & Package Protection coverage is not offered for international orders. Due to the sensitive nature of our products, there is no automatic return option. With proof of purchase, Antevorta could consider on a case basis; please contact care@antevortalabs.com to get support.
EXCHANGES
We do not accept product exchanges at this time.
REFUNDS
If Return & Package Protection coverage was purchased at checkout, once you request a return/refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
